無法註冊 DTSInterface.dll

幾天前安裝SW 2017 SP2 到 15%時會出現 "無法註冊 DTSInterface.dll" 錯誤提示。
更新 Microsoft .NET Frameworks 4.6.1，重新開機後就可以順利安裝了。微軟下載:(https://www.microsoft.com/zh-tw/download/details.aspx?id=49978)
適用於 Windows 7 SP1、Windows 8、Windows 8.1、Windows 10、
